I'm Leanne, after over 10 years of working in various areas of education, I find myself here, a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist, committed to supporting you on your journey to becoming your best self.
I stumbled across hypnotherapy after struggling with my own mental health following the birth of my wonderful twin girls. These little miracles changed my life in ways I never expected, challenging me, grounding me, and ultimately inspiring me to grow. Through the chaos and love they brought, I discovered the transformative power of hypnotherapy, not just as a tool for healing, but as a pathway to reclaiming calm, clarity, and confidence.
My work and social life had taken many unexpected turns, and I found myself feeling lost. I made the difficult decision to leave my job so I could care for my twin daughters full-time. In the quiet moments that followed, I began to reflect deeply on what I needed to do to find peace and purpose.
After experiencing the profound impact of my own hypnotherapy sessions, I knew this was the path I wanted to follow. That decision led me to train with the Clifton Practice of Hypnotherapy Training, and now I find myself here, building a practice rooted in empathy, neuroscience, and transformation.

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy blends modern neuroscience with the gentle power of trance to help you move forward with clarity and confidence. Rather than digging into the past, we focus on building solutions, tapping into the brain’s natural ability to rewire itself through positive thought and repetition.
During sessions, we use light trance, a deeply relaxed, daydream-like state, to quiet the analytical mind and engage the subconscious. In this state, the brain becomes more receptive to positive suggestions and visualisations, allowing new neural pathways to form.
By combining solution-focused dialogue with trance and brain-based education, hypnotherapy becomes a powerful tool for transformation, helping you build the future you want, one thought at a time.
