Initial Consultation
During your Initial Consultation, we will explore your needs through a simple, supportive assessment and a brief health history. This helps me create a personalised treatment plan and suggest a time frame tailored to you. I’ll also explain how the brain works and how hypnotherapy can help you regain a sense of control and reconnect with yourself. You’ll receive access to a bespoke relaxation track to support the work we do together. I’ll guide you through the treatment process and outline what to expect from future sessions.
Subsequent Hypnotherapy Sessions
Each further hypnotherapy session is tailored to support your individual needs, combining psychotherapy techniques with solution-focused hypnotherapy to help you move forward with confidence and clarity.
During these sessions, we begin by focusing on what’s been good in your week. We revisit how the brain works, and over time, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of your mind and the reasons behind how you’re feeling. This part of the session takes approximately 25 minutes.
We then move into a guided relaxation, allowing your subconscious mind to absorb positive suggestions and support lasting change. This element of the session also lasts approximately 25 mins.
The number of sessions required varies depending on individual circumstances. Progress is often noticeable within the first few sessions, and most clients benefit from 8 to 12 sessions in total, though some may need more.

Stop Smoking/Vaping
This session is designed to help you break free from the habit by working directly with the subconscious mind. In a single, focused, two hour session, we complete a tailored questionnaire to understand your smoking/vaping habits and explore your motivation to quit, reframe your relationship with smoking, and strengthen your belief in a smoke-free future.
The session blends positive suggestion, guided relaxation, and future-focused techniques to help shift automatic behaviours and reduce cravings. This approach supports lasting change by building confidence, clarity, and emotional resilience.
